Blair Rota
This city and real estate are in Blair’s bones, as he has spent over 40 years here in Kamloops and formed lifelong relationships. Blair started his real estate journey in 2007, and he has been using his people skills, expert knowledge, and open/honest communication to make his clients feel at home ever since. He is a top 5% selling realtor in the residential home selling market and luxury market. In 2020, Blair, along with his now-wife Erin, decided to put their collective 22 years of experience together and start the Arksey Rota Real Estate Group.
Blair loves the city of Kamloops and is passionate about helping it thrive not only in real estate, but in all aspects. When he’s not helping clients, Blair can be found playing golf, hockey, and spending time at home, or on an adventure with Erin and their daughter Charlee. Being a family man and father is something Blair takes pride in, and he feels lucky to be in an industry that allows him room to excel in all areas of his life.
Born in Kamloops, British Columbia, Erin attended Thompson Rivers University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration. For several years, Erin enjoyed her career as a Mortgage Specialist and carried her Canadian Investment License in a well-known credit union. Working with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals was Erin’s priority. In 2016, she made the change to real estate by becoming a licensed realtor and certified negotiation expert. Erin carries a dynamic plethora of knowledge in all aspects of investments. Her passion for helping others get ahead in life, both physically and financially, is one of the many reasons she is an Icon Award Agent within EXP Realty and has become a widely known and respected name within the Kamloops real estate industry.
While working in real estate in Kamloops, Erin met Blair in 2018, and together, two years later, they decided to start the Arksey Rota Real Estate Group. In January 2021, they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Charlee Jane Rota, to the world. Erin and Blair married each other in September 2022 at one of their favorite local wineries, Monte Creek Winery.
Erin is proud to call the beautiful Sun Rivers community home, having both their office and home in the heart of the community. She loves how versatile Kamloops is and can be found outdoors hiking and walking with her family, enjoying one of the many local restaurants, taking her daughter to the River Trail to feed the ducks, or just visiting with her family and friends who are all residents of the city. Erin has worked hard over the years to create a healthy work/life balance. She is grateful and humbled every day for her family and career in real estate. Real estate is truly a lifestyle she can’t live without.

Jarrod has played hockey most of his life, first in his early years with Kamloops Minor Hockey Association, then pursuing his passion and playing Junior Hockey. This dedication and competitive spirit to excel is what has translated into a strong work ethic. He was actively involved in many different volunteer programs through various teams he played on, broadening his knowledge on how best to give back to his community.
After hockey, Jarrod decided to return to the city he loves so much and attend Thompson Rivers University for two years, enrolled in the Business Administration program. During this time, he decided to focus solely on attaining his real estate license through UBC Sauder, realizing a passion for the housing market and this industry.
Jarrod is loyal, honest, and committed to forming lasting relationships with anyone he has the fortune of working with. He will customize a plan tailored to each client’s individual needs, making their dreams and goals a reality!
